Frequently Asked Questions
- Could a puzzle have more than one word that uses all the letters?
- Yes, it's possible.
- Is there a Draggle app?
- Not yet, but this is one of many features under consideration.
- How do I report bugs or offer suggestions?
- Despite an extensive backlog of possible improvements, Draggle is a labor of love and does not have a full-time development team. Nevertheless, please submit any suggestions you might have.
- What words does Draggle recognize?
- Draggle accepts most English words. It also accepts some proper nouns, slang, and loanwords from other languages. However, Draggle takes multiple steps to remove obscenities and slurs from its vocabulary.
- Draggle just displayed a word I find offensive; what's going on?
- Draggle places tiles on the starting grid at random; it does not check the initial placement for anything inappropriate. Draggle does not prevent a player from forming or submitting any particular word.
- Draggle just accepted a word it probably shouldn't have, or vice versa; how do I report such issues?
- Draggle validates entries against a list of common words, using multiple techniques to remove words that may be offensive. Nevertheless, this list may need adjustment; please report it.
